Process

Thank you for considering XCL World Academy Singapore for your child. We understand that starting or switching schools can be a challenging and stressful task. 5 Easy Steps

Application

Submit an online application via the XWA Application Portal and upload all required documents.

Application Fee

Pay the Application Fee (non-refundable) to initiate the application review process.

Application Review

Submitted applications will be reviewed by the Enrolments Team and Education Leadership Team. Some applicants may be invited to sit for an English Language proficiency assessment or attend a Family Meeting with our Education Leadership Team. Our Admissions Team will take care of all arrangements.

Offer

Successful applicants will receive an official Offer Letter from the Registrar and Enrolment Department. You will be required to pay the Enrolment Fee (non-refundable) to confirm your child’s placement. After that, you will receive a Student Contract for your review and acceptance, as well as an invoice for the first-semester tuition fees.

Enrolment

Once all documentation is submitted and fees paid, your family is all set to start your learning journey with us. You will receive a Welcome Information deck and be all set to Shape Next Now!

Terms

Application

All supporting documents for the online application must be in English. If any supporting document is not written in English, a certified English translation is required.
Please read through our admissions criteria and our age placement chart, as this will help to make the application process easier.
Use this checklist to ensure that you have included all necessary documentation to support your application.
You will be required to submit a signed Student Contract, copy of student’s, parent’s and guardian’s (if applicable) valid Singapore identification cards, waiver and general consent forms prior to the course commencement date.

Fees

The Application Fee is SGD 975 (non-refundable, inclusive of GST) and is payable in full upon submission of your application in order for it to be processed.

The Enrolment Fee will become due upon completion of the application process. This is a one-time, non-refundable and non-transferable fee of SGD 5,668 (inclusive of GST) and must be paid on or before the due date for the payment as stipulated on the invoice.

Payment Modes

The payment can be processed via:

Wire/bank transfer,
Cheque payment,
Payment by credit card at the school,
Payment by credit card via the online gateway,
Cash – The school discourages cash payments, and cash is only accepted in exceptional circumstances.
