Innovation Passport Challenge – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Innovation Passport Challenge (the “Challenge”) is open to all families visiting the XCL World Academy (“XWA”) booth at the HoneyKids Fair, subject to the exclusions set out in Clause 1.2.
1.2 Employees of XWA, their immediate family members, and any partners or affiliates of XWA are not eligible to participate in the Challenge.
1.3 Families may obtain their Innovation Passport (the “Passport”) from the XWA booth at the Fair.
2. Participation
2.1 Each eligible family may participate in the Challenge by collecting stamps at each designated activity station.
2.2 Only one stamp per activity per family will be permitted.
2.3 Families may earn up to five (5) stamps by completing the activities as suggested by XWA.
2.4 A final stamp may be earned by attending the XWA Open House on 24 September or by participating in a personalised school tour scheduled on or before 30 September.
2.5 Completion of all stamps is not mandatory to qualify for the Challenge; however, collecting a greater number of stamps may increase the likelihood of winning.
3. Activities and Stamp Allocation
3.1 Stamps will only be issued upon successful completion of the corresponding activity, as determined by XWA staff.
4. Collection, Redemption, and Winner Selection
4.1 Completed Passports must be submitted at the designated redemption counter.
4.2 Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw conducted by XWA.
4.3 Only families selected as winners through the lucky draw will be contacted by the XWA Admissions Team on 2 October regarding the details of their reward.
5. Fair Conduct
5.1 Participants are required to adhere to all instructions provided by XWA staff.
5.2 Any damage to equipment or violation of Fair rules may result in immediate disqualification from the Challenge.
6. Modification and Termination
6.1 XWA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Decisions made by XWA concerning eligibility, participation, or the selection of winners shall be final and binding.
