XCL Education Announces the New Superintendent of XCL Schools in Singapore 13th April, 2017 Singapore – Today former New Zealand All Black 7’s coach Sir Gordon Tietjens and leading international school XCL World Academy will launch a new partnership. The XCL World Academy Rugby 7’s Academy presented by Sir Gordon Tietjens, for 15 to 18 year old Singapore based players. The announcement will take place during the Singapore Rugby Union (SRU) HSBC Rugby 7’s Gala Dinner being held at the Pan Pacific this evening.
